Meet your mentor
I did not have a linear career, or even a linear life path.
Like many of you, I got discouraged from pursuing my creativity. Some people told me I was not good enough. Some argued that being creative was not a real job. I spent years deconditioning myself from imposter syndrome, from lack of creative confidence, from the idea that I had to fit into a mould that was never made for me.
Here is what I know now, and what I bring into every mentoring session:
I believe there is room for all types of creatives. My job is to help you find your voice and your lane, not to clone mine.
I do not gatekeep. I share my ways of working, my expertise, my contacts, my templates, my failures. All of it.
I am completely woo-woo and I make no apologies for it. Human Design, Tarot, Law of Attraction, intuition, these are part of how I work and part of the package you get with me. If that is not your thing, that is completely fine. But it will come up.
I believe every single person is creative. Without exception. Creativity is not a talent. It is a practice.
I have spent 20 years in this industry. I have been Head of Design at the Financial Times. I have built Ferrgood Studio from scratch. I have been on the stages, in the boardrooms, at the awards ceremonies, and in the valleys in between. I know what it takes and I am not going to pretend it is easy. But I am going to show you it is possible.
