Meet the founder
Teresa Ferreira is a Creative Director and Brand Consultant with over 16 years of experience shaping brands across luxury, media, culture, health, and travel.
Before founding Ferrgood Studio, she served as Head of Design at the Financial Times, where she led cross-functional brand direction across editorial, product, and marketing. This background informs her distinctive approach – one that bridges business strategy, storytelling, and high-end creative execution.
Today, Teresa works closely with luxury brands and purpose-driven organisations as a strategic creative partner, helping them articulate who they are, refine how they show up, and lead with clarity in competitive, culture-driven markets.
She is an Adobe Express and Firefly Ambassador, as well as a speaker and educator, having delivered talks, panels, and workshops for organisations including D&AD, Enterprise Nation, and AllBright, and global creative communities.
At the core of Teresa’s work is her Timeless Brands™ methodology — a considered process that blends strategy, intuition, and design thinking to create brands that feel relevant now and resilient over time.

Teresa founded Ferrgood Studio with the belief that creativity can drive positive change. The studio donates 1% of annual profits to environmental charities including Friends of the Earth and World Land Trust., reinforcing her commitment to sustainability and conscious business.
